Inside the front entrance is a large open living room with a comfortable L-shaped couch facing the floor to ceiling windows which look out onto the spacious tree lined back yard and a wall mounted flat screen television. Off the open concept living/dining room is a large Primary bedroom and private bath. The Primary bedroom also has sliding glass doors which lead out to a nice deck with table and chairs. Also downstairs is a cozy bedroom with a trundle bed and a half bath. Adjacent to the indoor/outdoor dining area is the beautifully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample cooking amenities. Open the sliding glass doors onto the furnished deck to enjoy drinks and meals al fresco. Upstairs is a landing overlooking the downstairs that runs between two more bedrooms each with their own sliding glass doors and second story deck space; one has a trundle and the other has a King size bed with a shared full bath with shower. There are A/C units that cool the entire house located in the living room, downstairs Main bedroom, and each bedroom upstairs. The house is in an excellent location, central to Vineyard Haven and West Tisbury, with easy access to the bike trails which connect to each town on the island. SORRY BUT NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. There is no local telephone service at the house. The television is equipped with Roku; to use you need to bring your passwords. Interim cleanings required for any rentals over a week for a fee of $180.00
