I have been actively selling Real Estate on the Island of Martha's Vineyard since 1985. I opened my own company: Karen M. Overtoom Real Estate in May 1993. We have grown over the years to a team of five professional full time Real Estate Associates.

Service Areas and Specialties: Residential and Commercial Sales covering all of the Vineyard's six Island towns. I was an Edgartown resident for 7 years and I have been a West Tisbury resident since 1991.
I continue to work with all Conservation Groups on the Island to help preserve our Island's beautiful vistas, green-land, farmlands and beaches for public use and enjoyment.
Active in educational, cultural and community efforts on Martha's Vineyard, examples include the Houses on the Move committee for the Island Affordable Housing Fund, Sail MV, Schools Out Newspaper, and Minnesingers.
My Interests include gardening, art and kayaking, French and traveling.
