- Edgartown Harbor Front Walking Tour. Tue-Fri through out September at 12:30pm - This 45-minute tour begins at The Carnegie and highlights three of Vineyard Trust’s iconic maritime properties, the Osborne Wharf Building, Norton Boathouse and Old Sculpin Gallery. Journey from the days of whaling and commerce, to the rise of the resort community and leisure watercraft, and then return to contemporary life and the enduring impact of maritime trades on the Island today. - West Tisbury Farmers' Market. Wednesdays and Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm through out September - Outdoor farmers market features locally grown produce and meat and locally made products. The market is dedicated to bringing local agricultural products to the people both living on and visiting the Island. The market was started in 1974 by a group of Island growers.
