Relax in the whirlpool or sauna after a day of shopping, swimming or bike riding. The Harborside offers a premier location in Edgartown with the harbor and ocean in your backyard. Both timeshare units overlook the gorgeous pool, gardens and a wonderful close view of the harbor and boats. Both timeshare rooms are decorated beautifully and each room rents nightly for $285.00 in the fall season. The timeshare week for sale is week #40 which is the week of Columbus Day. Harborside will rent your units for a charge of 25%. You are allowed to join an exchange company if owner desires to do so. Owner prefers to sell both timeshare units together for $14,000 but might consider selling each seperately for $7,000 each. Rooms are located next to each other and in a very desirable location overlooking harbor, pool and gorgeous gardens.
